Job description

The candidate has primary responsibility is to lead and manage the sales, oversee property sales, and ensure sales and revenue targets are met. Will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth in the real estate market.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase residential property sales.

  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to enhance team performance.

  • Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective buyers.

  • Address inquiries, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Implement sales plans and initiatives to achieve or exceed targets.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.

  • Ensure property listings and advertisements are optimized for sales.

  • Generate regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management.

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • 3 -5 years of property sales experience.

  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM system.

  • Demonstrable track record.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
