Job description
The candidate has primary responsibility is to lead and manage the sales, oversee property sales, and ensure sales and revenue targets are met. Will play a key role in shaping the company’s growth in the real estate market.
Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase residential property sales.
 - 
Provide coaching, guidance, and training to enhance team performance.
 - 
Analyze market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities.
 - 
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective buyers.
 - 
Address inquiries, negotiate offers, and ensure a positive customer experience.
 - 
Implement sales plans and initiatives to achieve or exceed targets.
 - 
Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute effective marketing campaigns.
 - 
Ensure property listings and advertisements are optimized for sales.
 - 
Generate regular sales reports and provide updates to senior management.
 - 
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
 
Qualifications:
- 
3 -5 years of property sales experience.
 - 
Experience and working knowledge of CRM system.
 - 
Demonstrable track record.
 - 
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
